Meet Dyanna, Living with PBA and Reclaiming Independence

Dyanna is a very independent woman. In fact, as a former nurse, she’s used to being the one who takes care of others. After her stroke and the onset of PseudoBulbar Affect (PBA) symptoms, she suddenly found herself in the position of needing to accept help from family and friends. Her journey towards reclaiming a sense of independence and living a joyous life is captured in The PBA Film Project (working title).
